In May of 2023 ANSWERS will be hosting a national assembly (conference) to bring together current and retired sex workers from across Canada. The theme will be “Building community and sharing our stories” with a focus on supporting the needs and wants of our community. As an attendee of this Town Hall, participants will have the opportunity to attend this conference with most costs covered (for travel, accommodation and food).

This project has been funded through Women and Gender Equality Canada’s Women’s Program. Participation is open to anyone who identifies as a current or past sex worker or erotic laborer, lives in Canada, and is 18 or over.

En mai 2023, ANSWERS organisera une assemblée nationale (une conférence) pour rassembler les travailleuses et travailleurs du sexe en activité et retraitées de partout au Canada. Le thème sera Créer un esprit de communauté et partager nos histoires personnelles, en mettant l’accent sur le soutien des besoins et des désirs de notre communauté. Les participantes et participants à cette assemblée auront la possibilité d’y assister en ayant la plupart de leurs frais couverts (déplacements, hébergement et nourriture).

Ce projet est financé par le Programme de promotion de la femme du ministère des Femmes et de l’Égalité des genres du Canada. La participation est ouverte à toute personne qui s’identifie comme travailleuse/travailleur du sexe ou travailleuse et travailleur érotique en activité ou retraité.e, qui vit au Canada et qui a 18 ans ou plus.
